Accounts Receivable Follow Up Representatives

*Follow up and resolve outstanding insurance and patient balances.

*Call insurance companies or go on to insurance company website portals to retrieve information about claims, correct and refile claims.

*Understand Explanation of Benefits and allowables and how to resolve Denials and Remark Codes.

Data Entry Associates

*Post manual charges and demographics

*Other projects as assigned

Certified Coders

*Apply CPT and/or ICD10 Diagnosis Codes

*Work Denials, refile claims

About the positions...

*Experience using the following software is a plus:  Imagine or ImagineOne billing software; ImaginePay; Availity; Phicure or PhicureOne clearinghouse; Epic or Sevocity EHR; Excel; Word; Zoom/Teams/Showmypc.

*Previous medical billing, revenue cycle, or accounts receivable experience is preferred.

*Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

These positions are ** not ** remote nor hybrid and will not turn into a remote or hybrid job; the individual is required to report to work on site in our Dalton, Georgia business office located at 443 Gillum Drive, Suite 1.  Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm eastern time.  Full Time 40 hour per week positions are eligible for benefits such as medical insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, and more.  Email your resume to jobs@compmedsolutions.com.  No phone calls please.
